Job Description :	Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to work with the local direct and indirect sales organisation to identify opportunities to implement leases and to structure financial transactions. This role has responsibilities for all countries across the Middle East region and will require travel and appropriate cultural awareness. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Responsible for carrying quota for lease/financing origination, Capacity on demand, competitive swaps and returns. Responsible for the implementation of business review processed to drive the identification of incremental revenues through total cost of ownership analysis, portfolio reviews, and asset management methodologies. Responsible for supporting the direct sales organization in all aspects of financial selling in their assigned territory. Responsible for development and delivery of presentations and proposals to customers and the regular participation in sales calls. Responsible for the on-going development and training of the local sales organization. Responsible for the development and on-going maintenance of the relationships with selected local third party Lessors. Responsible for the negotiation of the terms and financial structures of the business? leases. Responsible for delivering new funding programs as they are developed and leading these into the sales territory as a new strategy. PERSON SPECIFICATION: Degree Educated. English fluency is necessary, regional language would be beneficial. A minimum of 5 years leasing experience in a sales environment. Ability to demonstrate sales success in the finance / leasing sector. Financial selling skills. Must be very self-sufficient and have the capability to work on their own. Communication/Problem solving/Interpersonal skills. We are keen to receive applications from candidates with proven relevant experience from the Leasing and Asset Finance industry only.
